Vlad Dubuque
Global Chief Executive Officer
Vlad E. Dubuque is a seasoned technology executive with over three decades of strategic leadership in the IT industry. As Founder and CEO of Intego Group of Companies, he drives organizational growth and consistently enhances enterprise value. Recognized for his expertise in creating Centers of Excellence, Mr. Dubuque has transformed companies into leaders in technology solutions, specializing in scalable, high-impact business models.
Previously, Mr. Dubuque was CEO of IonIdea JSC and held board positions across multiple IT firms. As Managing Director and Senior Advisor at Accenture, he was instrumental in scaling the natural resources, Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance sectors. He also served on the Advisory Board of Mobiliya, a Silicon Valley mobile technology innovator, and was an Advisor to the President of Technoserv, a prominent C&EE systems integrator.
Mr. Dubuque held the role of Chief Strategy Officer at Virtuace, Inc., where he led the creation of Centers of Excellence for insurance sector solutions, positioning Virtuace as a leader in Guidewire technology services.
In previous roles, Mr. Dubuque served as EVP of Optima Group and Managing Director of Optima Software, where he secured direct multimillion-dollar contracts with major corporations like BP and directed over 6,000 IT professionals globally.
Earlier in his career, he founded and led EPAM Systems’ low-level and embedded engineering practice, building direct sales, professional services, and securing complex ERP projects with international clients.
Mr. Dubuque holds a Master's degree from the RN Economics Academy and a Bachelor's degree in Journalism from Chisinau State University. A results-driven leader with strong strategic insight and business acumen, he is recognized for his ability to build impactful client relationships and consistently deliver exceptional performance across diverse industries.

Chief Operating Officer
Leela Singh is the founder and COO of Intego Technologies, Inc. With over 15 years of experience in the telecommunications and IT sectors, she has excelled both as a technician and as a leader. As the former head of IT Security for Manpower Group USA, she successfully led the IT Security Division, overseeing critical security initiatives.
In her role as a senior IT Security consultant at Exar, Leela contributed to numerous high-stakes projects and system implementations for clients across the finance, energy, and government sectors in both the U.S. and Canada. Her technical expertise and strategic insights have been consistently valued and sought after in these complex engagements.
Leela sets a high standard for her teams, exemplifying top-level technical expertise and dedication to excellence at Intego Technologies. She currently holds several advanced technical and management certifications, demonstrating her commitment to continuous growth and leadership in the field.
Daniel Dubovoy
Chief Technology Officer
Daniel Dubovoy brings extensive expertise in financial technology, software engineering, and enterprise solutions to his role as Chief Technology Officer at Intego Software, Inc. With over a decade of experience, he excels at guiding high-stakes projects, optimizing operations, and driving innovations that consistently deliver substantial value to clients and stakeholders. His academic journey began with a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Temple University, providing a strong technical foundation for his impactful career.
Mr. Dubovoy’s professional trajectory includes a pivotal role as a Technology Analyst at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where he spearheaded a self-organizing Scrum team and led the development of a robust full-stack web application utilizing ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Cloud Foundry. His initiative in fostering Agile methodologies and close collaboration with product owners set a benchmark for team cohesion and quality-driven delivery.
He further honed his expertise at Barclays Investment Bank as a senior software engineer, initially focusing on a microservices-based post-trade data store and later advancing to a front-office risk and trading team. There, he was instrumental in developing and maintaining globally utilized distributed systems and creating customized GUI tools for options pricing and booking. His work on Java applications with ReactJS and Python backends elevated operational efficiency for a worldwide user base, positioning him as a key asset in high-stakes financial environments.
Currently, as CTO and Global Delivery Officer at Intego, Mr. Dubovoy oversees comprehensive service strategies, including a large-scale Guidewire integration project. His leadership ensures seamless 24/7 support for clients’ application portfolios, enhancing their operational resilience and business agility. Renowned for his strategic vision, technical precision, and commitment to client success, Mr. Dubovoy’s career is a testament to his capacity for transformative leadership in the technology space.
